Please return all products via insured mail. We will not respond to lost or stolen packages. CARING FOR SAJATA-E FOR D2BD PRODUCTS?All our products are hand made in the SAJATA-E FOR D2BD Studio. Clothing is made of 100% pre-washed cotton, wool, or man-made fibers so their is no chance for messing it up in the wash. All clothing come with care and content labels attached. Some of our designs do have handmade buttons and fancy trims so to be on the safe side if you purchase any item with these features you should hand wash in cold water and drip dry or place garment in pillowcase before wash. Our other items are made from sterling silver, glass, and gemstones so please DO NOT wear in the shower. SHIPPING?All packages are shipped in the USA via USPS Priority Mail. All international orders over $15.00 will ship out via USPS at a $20.00 shipping charge. Under $15.00 packages will have a $4.00 shipping charge. If you want your package shipped out via UPS you must contact us before you send us your order. Do I have to create an account?NO, just order online or by mail. All information is sent thru a secure SSL. If you have any problems processing an order just contact us for further information.DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSION ORDERS?Yes we accept commission orders. All private client orders take about two and a half weeks for delivery and a down payment of 40% must be paid in advance, NO REFUNDS or Exchanges only repairs.
